Serious 80/20 Rule Question

Hi all. Can someone help clear this up? Is the rule that 20% of men get all the girls or just the hot ones? Cause if that was the case, how does society have a birth rate that ensures that the population doesn’t decrease? Lots of Chadlites and normies reproduce, which is more then the top 20%.
