As most of this forum is aware, recently, the (in)famous user @coping_manlet has been banned from the forum. Whilst other information is available in the "Ban Discussion Megathread", given how much IT was obsessed with him, I think a seperate thread is justified.

The reason for his ban was nothing to do with any of the content he made that was reposted to IT. It was entirely because of a single reply to a three year old thread that was posted here in The Lounge.

This is called necroposting, and the rules explicitly ban it, with three exceptions:
- Threads in Must Read Content
- Threads in [REDACTED]
- Replies that are considered "of a high quality"
Subsequently, this thread was moved to [REDACTED].

This ban was temporary, before later being extended to a permaban for glowposting (posting content that sounded like he was a fed).
So now IT has had to be reposting other content, as their main source is now dry. I'm sure if IT touches this thread, they will celebrate this.
IT, of course, will continue to exist, screenshotting threads around the Internet, for them to point and laugh.

He is one of my favourite users and a genuine and loyal member of the community, I would understand 1 month ban but I think perma is excessive.

I vaguely recall him making a totally retarded glownigger response about cock sizes and how foids have better friendships than men because they're more "integral". Some total bluepilled bullshit. And from there I knew instantly he was a fakecel. Threw him on my ignore list and called it a day. I remember saying something like "username checks out" before I did, too.

It's funny to me how there are users who've been here for years and think they're Blackpill Vanguards or some shit. And will talk shit to users with newer accounts. But one some topics, their programming glitches and they show their true fakecel/glowie faces. This might be the 5th account in the past few months I've had on my ignore list and called out in the past that got subsequently banned for something like this.

Good fucking riddance and I hope he gets brutally beaten to death with spics wielding crowbars. He fucking deserves it.
