Unless you want crazy high framerates at low resolutions, 12700k and even lower will be just fine and you wouldn't notice a difference.

PC hardware is unfortunately very consoomer predatory. You don't need most of this shit.

It's the other way around with CPUs at 4k. You can get away with damn near anything at 4k since a GPU maxing out games is near impossible. I guess the exception is some terribly optimized games or like Flight Simulator.

Anyway, 7800X3D only went up because AMD really pushed the 9800X3D, which is like 10% better than 7800X3D but their marketing worked as every AMD fanboy can't shut up about it. "Team Red" consoomer fanboys are retards. Intel and Nvidia also have them, but AMD's are special eternally thinking their corporation are the underdogs that care about plebeians.

Jfl goys cant wait thats why these prices rise whats funny is that most of the time they are gonna be gpu bottlenecked anyways unless they are playing at 1080p which i doubt many people spending a lot of money on hardware will be playing on

I'm planning on a new GPU this month, either 9070XT or 5070 whatever. As long as the price is reasonable, which they probably won't be. I can afford being able to play everything in 4k.

x3d chips are a rip, you won't see the difference unless you only game at 1080p

just get a regular 9xxx or 7xxx chip, 8 cores is good for gayming
