To some of you niggas, mentalcel may be a meme but imo it can be legit.

By ritually following my ascension plan I can actually feel my brain re-wiring. I am no longer thinking like i did 1 month ago. My brain hurts from sometimes (30% of the time) for the past month. I attribute this to my brain neurones making new connections and having a greater activation leading to over heating and thermal throttling.

Nofap combined with watching NT normie tv and listening to NT normie music and speaking to normie strangers has literally started to cure my tism.

I now have 2 options in this RPG we call life. A spergie option and a NT option. I just need to wire my brain to subconciously choose NT every time.
