is literally what happened to my last employer, just last week.

A LITERAL CUNT OF A BOSS EVEN TRIED THE WHOLE REDUCE MY CONTRACTUAL HOURS, ,WHILE KEEPING MY WORK VOLUME AND RESPONSIBILITIES THE SAME LOL. They tried to get me to sign a 24 hour contract from a 32 hour contract with no work load adjustment.

I JUST WALKED OUT THE NEXT DAY AND LAUGHED AT THEM
