It's almost like collectively we've decided black people should be held to a lower standard.
Police kill a white person resisting arrest, no one cares. Police kill a black person in the same exact circumstance, under the same conditions and the entire world erupts into widespread chaos and violence.
Before George Floyd there was Tony Timpa, but no one cared because he was white, so the police got no punishment.
It's not black people that are butt hurt. It's white women and the mainstream media.
White women have some sort evolved instinct for virtue signalling but they lack the intelligence to appropriately apply it. Men are supposed to be the guardrails to keep the system and society in check, but because of hypergamy and the changing gender demographics most men are so sex starved they'll let the entire system burn into a gynocentric hell for the small chance of getting positive feminine attention.

I've watched a bunch of videos of it. From what I've seen, many of the ones looting saw it as an excuse to loot, or blow stuff up. Like, any excuse for looting will do. The "peaceful protests" just gave them more cover, and less chance of getting caught, so more of them participated.
They do flash-mob looting now, where they all plan to loot the same mini-mart at the same time.
Definitely everyone is different. Many people of all races get caught up in the woke bullshit, but from my experience it's mostly white women. Then you have some men that want to fuck these women, that go to the protests and pretend. And some people that go of all races for empowerment, virtue signalling or to have fun.
