Mike O'Hearn is a competitive body builder, so he is not doing anything anybody else in that field doesn't do. You actually can't get that big without steroids at all. The Arnold physique cannot be obtained naturally. People think using steroids is some kind of a cheat, a way to get results while eschewing hard work. That's not how it works. It's a way to push the body beyond it's natural limitations, and if you don't do it you can't compete. There's a natural division in body building now but nobody cares, all the more because it is too easy to cheat. You can use steroids during training and abstain while in competition and nobody will ever know, so every "natty" ends up becoming suspect.
As for body builders having small dicks, that's normie levels of cope. It's like when people say size doesn't matter, it is "how you use it" (what ever that means), as if it's impossible for someone with a big dick to know how to use it. Likewise, there's nothing preventing some ultra muscular giga chad from having a big dick. Unlike what normies believe, nature doesn't play fair.

Generally women wouldn't find that guy attractive. It looks unnatural, and his delusion that he looks good is an indication of a mental illness to them. Also they want a good body with good DNA, if the guy uses drugs to enhance himself to the point his former body is unrecognizable it doesn't count and acts as a deterrent for females.
