36, almost where you are. I don't know if i am just going crazy or something but after neeting for more than a decade and getting sick and old it feels like the inceldom suffering kinda gets faded, probably because i have like a tiny percentage of sex drive left compared to being always horny when i was young. Like it's still horrible but not in the same way as before, maybe because i also lost any hope for a long time now. My biggest problems now are basically finding money for shelter and food. Also psychiatrists refuse to prescribe me stuff that actually treats my GAD like xanax, they only ever want to give ssri's which aren't strong enough.
