Not necessarily bullshit, the chance of getting HIV are extremely surprisngly low, you can google it, it's less than 5 in 100.000 EVEN WHEN you sleep with a partner who has hv. The chance almost double if it's anal and they are higher for the person penetrated.
Chances of getting aids from sex are extremely low, less than 5 in 100.000 from vaginal sex even if the partner has aids.
