i always was blackpilled and still am. basicly 24yo dude back then i was fat and a shortcel. i decided to starve myself and barely eat and i lost almost half my weight in a year.
started education, "moved up" at work all that fucking BS foids like. and guess what i got out of it.

Nothing. asked out girls all of them immediatly reject me while laughing.
even last week some foids called me a fucking gnome. typical foid behavior.
what does a man have to do in this fucked society to get some positive attention.

its just impossible lads. self improvement isnt worth it trust me.
best to just cope and feed addictions ngl

unfortunately women want genes not effort, imagine if you were a Becky and you found out your bf had to fight tooth and nail just to be below average. it would be a massive turnoff for them since effort isn't as easy to pass down to kids as Chad's long femurs and good jaw
