Serious 3rd day in a row with painful headache

I don't know what happened, but since the last 3 days I always wake up with very painful headache.
Also looking at a display is very exhausting, but it's the only thing I do the whole fucking day.
My vacation is already ruined and next week I have to start with wageslaving again, which stresses the shit out of me.

I thought I would never say smth like that, but I think I LDAR too much.
But there is no alternative for me than LDAR...

Not really, my caffeine consume is still pretty much the same (I never really drank coffee, only sometimes softdrinks).
