3 critical aspects I would have scrapped in Nazi ideology.
This thread will not dive into logistics, like "build less tigers", but focusing on the hypothetical victory, long term sustainability in the ideological/structural level itself.
I don't support Nazi Germany, but this discussion is invoked as a public hypothesis; I have nothing against any races of people.
I've been researching about Nazi Germany and its inner mechanics.
1. Working towards Fuhrer
One aspect I've came across was Working Towards Fuhrer system, in Hitler made the organizations compete for his attention and thus led to infighting and radicalization.
In my opinion, this system also served the double function for less accountability on Hitler s part; he would be hanged anyway but it has some theoritical defense of "I didn t knew what my subordinates were doing!".
Hitler would be better served if he organized his party like Stalin with centralization and a clear mechanism to transfer power.
Stalin was able to stop his Red Terror when he needed to, without further purity spiraling after; his transference was also relatively smooth after he died.
2. Permanent struggle
Another aspect was the permanent struggle (Kampf) system.
The Nazis intended to achieve the dual goal of both exterminating undesirables (Slavs, etc) and having a slave class at the same time.
In fact, one dominant opinion was that the Himmler intended to enslave the Slavs in the Wehrbauer in Eastern Europe, with permanent warfare against "Asiatic Hordes" behind the Ural Mountain.
In the end, without the slaves (or laborers), it will be the Aryans who will do the grueling work instead.
3. Stop exterminating Slavs and force Germanization instead
A big reason why the Nazis were unpopular was that atrocities against the Slavs were largely unpunished. Add more accountability to lower field commanders, and actually involve effort into building collaboration states.
And don't even have an ideology to backstab them. People know if their division was disbanded and made into "construction duties".
Promote Token Slavic cultural exchange events within Germany mainland itself to show that you respect them and intend to govern them without exterminating them, but do so in a way that they would never get ultimate power in the Nazi Party.
Turn the concentration camps into re-education camps and force them to learn German there 24/7 instead.
Fill Slavic republics with AI powered CCTVs to ensure that they don't organize resistance, but exploit them as cheaper workers but not as slaves. Let them live alongside Germans if they want to.
Force the Slavic republics to use the same daily super apps as the Germans in order to spy on them.
Even the Slavs buy a phone from outside the Reich, or install NATO apps, send them to a camp.
To pacify the population, give the same slop that Germans enjoy on their apps, and maybe even allow influencers from the Slavic republic, allow the Slavs to chat with Germans (the second they talk about power, re-education time), so they will be too comfortable to rebel and accept their subordinate role.
Finally, stop working them to death but make them work labor jobs like food delivery, build infrastructure on Slavic republic to make them more comfortable; a happy population is an exploitable population.
On the surface, they get the same things as the Germans, albeit with tiny bit worse living standards, pretty OK I guess.
Of course, no matter how inclusive the Nazis got, no matter how many concessions they give, you won't see a Slavic president or non-advisory high ranking official.
Conclusion:
Improving point 1 and 2 ends purity spiral, point 3 ensures a long term underclass for cheaper labor (think Desi workers in Saudi Arabia etc).
1. Centralize the Nazi party and ensure clear transfer of power
2. Stop the permanent struggle ideology
3. Promote limited inclusivity within the Reich
