Which should I get? A bachelors in civil engineering or a masters in public relations?
2nd bachelors? What's first? Masters are usually paid better annd having 2 bachelors is a waste of time usually imo
Master's without question. Less time to completion and a better credential to have.
I work at a Highway agency, so I would be able to get an entry level civil position easily or at least a better position.masters of course unless you have easy way to get job experience with civil eng
thats why I'm at a crossroads, PR is also a very NT field where creativity is necessary. Engineering is cut and dry and only requires meeting with other engineers on the same project for monthsI think we have to evaluate the worth of a public relations degree on the job market to see if its really worth it. Not because a masters degree is a masters degree
go for civil eng if that’s what you want. job experience is most important now.I work at a Highway agency, so I would be able to get an entry level civil position easily or at least a better position.
Unless you hate the field you got your bachelor in and don't want to work in it or do a master in it, do a masters degree. Civil engineering is quite hard, if you study this as a second degree, there is a very high chance that after a while you will think "Fuck this shit, why am I doing this, I have a bachelor already and don't need it anyway, I'll just drop out of uni and get a job" (that's at least what would happen if I started a second bachelor)Which should I get?
