The CHAD act was passed in '28 declaring that all male virgins above the age of 16 are no longer considered humans, and thus can be legally killed, tortured or eaten like animals. Thankfully, the 2040's turned out to be a decade of understanding as both sides laid down their weapons and instead turned to diplomacy. A mutual understanding was reached and both sides agreed to create a better society through diplomacy, not violence.
