While many 2025cels seem to "die young" as they say, aren't very memorable, and a lot just shitpost most of the time, i'd say overall they were better than 2024cels.

2024 had Comradespiderman, Analkonda, Da_Yunez, Jason Voorheas, curryboy, and a few others who made the forum borderline unusable at times.

So objectively, who is/was worse?

Most of the really bad ones from this year get banned pretty quickly, every day there's a couple new underaged trolling .org immigrants. Last year had more bad users that were just careful enough to not give the mods a reason to permaban them on the spot.
