As for Cho, his kill count was very impressive, especially for using two handguns and I found his writings (both his manifesto and assignments he wrote for his english classes) to be very interesting. Well, to be fair, they said they'd take out their revenge on the people who did them wrong, but ended up killing people who never bothered them instead. I assume they realized they couldn't take on the jocks they so much hated, considering they would've gotten taken down by these jocks. Additional theory is that they let Evan Todd live because they wanted to let him live with the guilt, knowing that without his bullying, this massacre could've been prevented.
