I used to drink a lot of those in my mid 20s then I started to get heart murmurs. Thats when I knew I had to stop asap. when you're in your 20s you feel invincible physically, can work for much longer, and think energy drinks can't harm you until it does.
I'm 80% sure I had a mild heart attack. got a sudden and intense throbbing of the heart, saw some stars. lasted 1.5 to 2 seconds. completely stopped what I was doing, looked down for 4-6seconds, tried to control my breathing, and I eventually calmed down
