Recently I visited a school that offers me the opportunity to study mechatronics, but certain memories make me think that I shouldn't make any effort for a soyciety that has ostracized, neglected and hated me because I'm an autistic male.

You can relax and unwind without rotting and you can be productive without slaving away doing something you don't like doing. Make the most out of doing what you want.

At this point I'm just depressed and prone to anhedonia, I'm unable to feel pleasure and longing in situations that were previously perceived as pleasurable.

The only activity today that allows me to dispel these dark thoughts are video games, particularly the Sonic series (brutal autistic trait).

I'm really interested in this field, but I'm afraid that my motivation isn't infallible, as there are a number of things that interfere with my willpower, particularly the fact that I'm going to help preserve the comfort of the individuals who made my situation worse.

I'm not sure about the exact specific details but if I was in your position, based on what I've seen you say about your situation, I would try to negotiate and reach an understanding with them if possible since you feel the current arrangement isn't suiting your needs.

Study something you like to do things you like while getting paid for what you like and thus be able to afford good copes.
