Experiment Thinking of living without internet and entertainment for 5 days

[wasted12years]

From tomorrow i'm thinking i should live without my PC and entertainment for 5 days straight. Just to see how it will affect my mental health. Today i walked out barefoot into the woods 1km and i felt like i got swallowed by the woods in a way, i walked in deep moss. It was a spiritual experience. I will probably spend my time just walking barefoot in the woods and eating instead of sitting infront of the computer. Of course i have to go to work too. It will maybe be a little tough this experiment but i'm going to give it a try. I might not even make it past 1 day. I know i did this experiment before but it was for 4 days and i still watched TV so it didn't really count at that time.

Easily if you allow books and exercise.
The main problem imo isn't some kind of "addiction", most of us just have nothing else to do.
