Yeah I realized half way through the thread that I'm a retardcel that puts it in the fridge, and I never realized that is what's making it tough.
But the flavor is still too sweet and strong.

I'd call it rich

I drank a lot of coffee (used to be a barista) and I always like something rich to clash with the coffee flavor. Also good with apples, pears, hard and fleshy fruits.

Didn't really become a hit in the states until five years ago. We went from having it be a specialty import food to having it right with the peanut butter and jelly.
