Theory Life experience = Increased IQ

I've had to work with a few boomers and gen x lately and they completely IQ mog me. They were the type who dropped out of school and pursued jobs when they were 14-16. However, having a regular life and job gives you more experience which leads to increased IQ. When I was working with them, I could see that their thinking was much higher than mine and they basically knew more in general about everything than I did. Even though I've studied engineering, maths and science. They mogged me so hard in all those categories just through life experience and could understand the inner workings of a car much better than I could.

I hope so because I had iq tested recently and scored 110 merely. I always thought I must be in 120s at least and it depressed me that I am only 110. I hope its from depression and ldaring for years.

That's not what "IQ" means. You can't conflate professional knowledge, general knowledge, or life experience with IQ.

All IQ measures, really, is cognitive ability (i.e. how efficient your brain is at processing information). This is, by and large, genetically predetermined.

This is the high iq (lel) take. Life experience doesnt lead to high iq like wtf. All this means is your retard boomer coworkers were more well-adjusted to society, and hence are best able to exploit the opportunities society provides. That isnt the same as IQ.

If youre a high IQ autist outcast, sure you might be able to make opportunities for yourself with that superior intellect. But if you dont have at least some support or motivation from society than it wont amount to anything.

I don't think this has anything to do with IQ, I have a 135 IQ but my cousin mogs me in real life experiences(fixing cars, driving, social skills).
