Do women keep a distance when they walk past you ?

When they walk past you in public places like the mall or a sidewalk....do they seem to keep a noticeable gap between you and them?

I've never noticed men doing this to me.

Everytime. They even comment on how bad a smell. I can sometime hear them saying "ew" as I walk past.
