Look at the retweet/like ratio. Usually, popular tweets have nearly the same ratio; only tweets that people agree with, but are too scared to retweet (because they don't want to appear superficial) will have a higher like-to-retweet ratio. SRS. I have been nearly 10 years on Twitter now, so I know how it works
