The celling thumper is a neat little equipment coming from China designed to deal with noisy neighbours (on the above floor). Since some people here are complaining about neighbours having sex and being noisy, I thought it would be a great idea to bring awareness to this type of product.
That said, be ware because it can supposedly disturb the integrity of the building, and it may be illegal in some countries; more over, you should be ready for confrontation and have the means to quickly dismantle the device if push comes to shove.
For engineercels, there is even a BETTER solution; program a custom zhenlouqi hooked to a sound detector, so if It detects footsteps or sound resembling it (easy to do with AI), then thump the roof. That WILL drive them crazy and even harder to catch you, making them wonder what's wrong with their floor and making them pay BIG BUCKS for inspections.
