yeah i deserve to be traeted like shit and i am a scum. i have already internalized this phrases long time ago ingrained in my brain permanently. why should i expect things to get better now? i have never experienced postive human experience. how can i be confident and social? i have been conditioned to be mentally ill and unsocialble. i try to search my mind for 1 postive and joyful experice from humans. i just cant think of it. i even dont know how it feels to be happy.
