It's a sad case. I actually don't know much about the history of the country but I think it would be interesting to look into.

The problem is that the "whites" are a bunch of bonobos addicted to brown/pardo pussy so they keep making more pardolas thus tainting the country's genetic pool (which is already radioactive).
