True but for me, it‘s also a matter of principle. Meaning, my mother know I can never get a gf (she said so like 4 years ago) and from then to now always kinda implied it by saying certain things and not saying other things. Writting lyrics has alway been the easiest part for me tbh. Writing music I'm actually satisfied with it's much more difficult and I took years and years to start being able to write full songs I was satisfied with.maybe make a thread and people could help come up with the best lyrics
And the most difficult part of all to me is recording and especially producing. I was born to be one of those spoiled rockstars who just write songs and play, all the rest being done by others. Unfortunately, delegating things tends to be difficult and cause lots of problems, especially with artistic work and especially when you don't have tons of money to blow like a famous rockstar would.
