Reducing caloric intake is all you need to do to lose weight. Try fasting with cardio exercises and the fat will melt off like crazy.

The best way I crush depression is by going out and doing things for fun or hobbymaxxing. I try to ignore everyone else with a gf and just approach as many girls as possible.

I fully agree. If you're not sub4 at least and didn't try anything possible before giving up, spam approach, church game, 24/7 Tinder liking everyone spam game, moving locations even if a bit, etc, you'll probably regret it when you get older.

100%. if you're 17-18 your top priority should be finding the right career. making decisions at that age can be very difficult, you're probably under a lot of stress and can't focus and that's ok. just take some time, consider your options, and don't let other people make your decisions for you, not even your parents. every parent wants his son to be a doctor/scientist/engineer and they might try to force you into studying something difficult, stay the fuck out unless you're very good at maths, you'll just end up dropping out later wasting a lot of time and money for nothing. college isn't the only path to success. study ALL your options, merchant fleet, law enforcement, military, trades, etc. alternatively, if the college program you're interested in seems "useless" (history/social sciences etc) you should go for it anyway regardless of what people say... if you're truly passionate about it and get good grades there's a future for you in academia and research

if your career plan works out you'll get a gf later

It's kind of hard to find the proper career path as an 18yr old tbh. For all I know, the job market could be far different when I reach adult age.

You don't need to be needlessly bleak; as long as you're honest with yourself, and pragmatic in your approach, you at least have a chance to ascend.

Do everything you can before you throw in the towel. We did. You don't want to have this sexless life go on any longer than it has to.

Woah! I never heard of Ibutamoren before. Yeah guys, if you're short look into this ASAP.

Just as an example: I've been taking Finasteride since my early twenties to stop myself from going bald; but the drug only works if you start taking it before you lose your hair. I already lost about 30% of my hair before I started taking it, so I wish I started sooner - but I feel very thankful that I started before the hair-loss started getting really noticeable.
