I tried to go down the train of thought of blaming other people for being born defective, but ultimately it's fruitless to think in this way. Reality (or more specifically, the reality of human interaction) is shaped by expectations. When my parents had me, they expected to have a son. A real man to continue their line. It was a reasonable expectation because despite their many shortcomings, they are nowhere near as physically fucked up as I am. Maybe it's not my fault that I was born defective, but I can at least see where they might be coming from if they're disappointed in me. Even literal subhuman trailer trash welfare queens have viable offspring.

Parents (at least those that are not shallow and materialistic) don't care about whether or not their kids are rich. They care mainly about happiness and the continuation of the family line.
