He's a charlatan and UDBA project (Yugoslav secret agency) which was used to successfully debilitate and destroy proper right wing movement in Serbia. Him alongside Milosevic who still wanted to play socialism after Berlin Wall fell were responsible for all the losses in Yugoslav wars and Serbian civil expulsions due their incompetence and delusions.
Funny how only Serbs in Bosnia managed to successfully keep their entity because they didn't listen to Milosevic which made him put sanctions onto Bosnian Serbs during war.
That being said he actually may be Croat by lineage and it's still funny how he trolled all those clowns in Hague court.

Tito did that after mass deaths in Yugoslav territories during WW2 and it just escalated tensions after his death more. Also doesn't help that his communist party redrew the borders so that many ethnic peoples were out of their territories which created a huge clusterfuck just like in post USSR.
And later on the Western powers during war in 90s continued the same thing by making Bosnia a federation with two separated entities, 3 constituent peoples with 3 presidents, a country which none of three sides are satisfied with, a mini Yugoslavia with continued political and ethnic tensions so the UN and third grade Western bureaucrats could kill their time with something.
Ethnic tensions are based because it helps keep the involved ethnicities' identities alive. Hatred towards an external common enemy unites people.
