time travel 5 years into the future with a 95% chance of your life becoming worse, but 5% chance becoming better. Do you do it?

But atleast it's a 5% chance at a normal life. It it was 50/50 then it wouldn't be a gamble

The chance for it too low, i cant imagine living a worse life this not to mention the things that can happen to you. Accepting this offer would be too irrational indeed.

I think I'd accept it. I'm 41 so after waiting 5 years there is a 100% chance it'll get worse so I actually have a small chance of winning big. People play the lottery despite there being 1/50,000,000th of winning only.
