If you count these as rejections, then you quickly lose track even if there is no way of knowing how many toilets swiped left on you.

Every dating site i've used I've ended up having to look up other people's experiences just to find out how the UI works, at least the occasional bot like let's you know how the site functions, lets you know your profile is being shown, and makes the site feel less one sided in user experience. If I ran one of these sites I'd have a fair number of inhouse bot accounts just to make things seem less hopeless, increase odds of customer spending, and reduce the number of men who give up and leave due to lack of attention. Even getting an obvious bot like is still a big mood boost just from the dopamine of seeing a notification.
