I calculated that to ensure I had a good life financially, I'd need 250k. At this rate, you can earn 20k in cashflows. That, combined with 30k at a minimum wage job, you could live an upper-class life for the rest of your life via a constant and almost risk-free 50k a year income.

At that point, you're basically an economic Chad. You can go around escortmaxxing because you're not bound by location, you have ascended the job sphere, you are an aristocrat of the modern time.

and under what rock can i find this "250k dollars"?

Under what rock can I find 8% cash flow over inflation?

A rock known as "hard work"

I think that used to be true, but I don't know about the future. The economy has taken too big of a hit. And its not like the worst of the worst has even yet to come. When the stock markets crash it'll be hell on earth since we haven't had a proper stock market crash since 2008. 2020 doesn't really even count because of all the ridiculous stimulus bullshit.

Stocks won't crash because they're undervalued right now. Housing is the only investment that's overvalued ATM.

What cashflows give me specifics economy nigga I want names

You can't really earn $20k/yr off of $250k. You can with some ETFs, but your capital would decrease over time and the next year you'll get less than 20k and every year after that.

A fairly conservative dividend fund is SCHD with 3.58% yield ($8950/yr). So you'd need more like $600k to earn $25k/yr and have it increase over time.

Wut wut, wut wut..... Pfizer stock pays 8% dividend. There's lots of dividend funds that pay 8% and still grow. That's pretty standard.

Pfizer stock pays 4.55% dividend.

Yahoo says PFE is 4.55%.

Altria is like 8%, yeah there are some stocks that high, but you're not going to be able to rely on them staying at that diviend and not losing value. You're also not going to want to put all the money in 1 stock.

Ok you're right, but your expected return should be around the P/E ratio, so if you hypothetically sell off your stock a little bit, it should grow enough to encompass those sell offs.

:feelskek:

Let's not get carried away. You can afford to be a low-budget backpacker for a few weeks a year. Maybe. If you eat packet noodles and toenails and save absolutely everything.

I can remember being mid-20s young urban professional, when myself and all of my little high school buddies were starting to break into $50k salaries. We thought that was so much money. JFKeK

Escortmaxxing won't make you happy. But paying to lose the V can be a worthwhile part of a khhv's journey.

Yeah, being one of the richest people on the planet (1%) is so not worth it bro, totally.

That is objectively a metric ton of money. Just LOL at you ungrateful brats.

The trouble is, to do those jobs you have to live in Consumerville and the real challenge is to not be a consoomer.

FR though... your post sounds like the ideas of a teenaged neetlord who has watched a few money making life hacks on TikTok and has no idea what anything costs. Or do you live in some curryrice shithole where $10 U.S. would feed the entire village on rice and crickets for a week...?

250k is nothing u moron lol

I live in Toronto, it's so easy not to buy stuff, just don't waste your money on stupid shit.

I am an adult and work a full time job, I'm just not shit with money like the people who earn high salaries and still complain

This seems about right. Having a sum as acting as a backup and giving you money, aside from your own job, is the way. The difficulty is getting to 250k invested with a 30k salary.

Do you rent or buy apartment? What about car?

It's hard but do everything you can to make it

I rent my Condo and take public transit.

Nice one.. I'm in New Zealand, buying a house on a bit of land, paying down the mortgage and riding the capital gains is what most people here do, so I'm doing that. [It's become quite hard to do that in the last 7-8 years, I'm glad I bought in during the GFC when prices were really flat and vendors were desperate to make a sale. ]

Well that's your issue, I have no plans to ever buy a house or real estate.

:feelswhat: Not sure if autist or just really rude.
You literally just said "FR though... your post sounds like the ideas of a teenaged neetlord who has watched a few money making life hacks on TikTok and has no idea what anything costs. Or do you live in some curryrice shithole where $10 U.S"

You're rude as fuck.
Cool, it sounds like you have a plan and are sticking to it, which is the most important thing.

Water is wet post

Why isn’t this annoying trolling cuck fuck not banned yet? :feelswhat:

Thanks, I try. :feelsEhh:

You can't go wrong putting your money into a house in a white neighborhood

Then you'd know that rent alone for a shoebox appartment is at least 28k CAD a year.
28k divided by 2 is 14k a year.... if you get a roommate and pick the smaller room you can get that down to 10k a year, that's less than 1000 a month
That's not "upperclass" by a LONG shot. 250k is nothing in the city.
250k is an insane amount anywhere on the planet. I have a disgusting amount of money, I identify as very wealthy, and I have a fraction of 250k.

Yes you can, if white neighbourhoods are desirable, the real estate is already priced accordingly, meaning you'll be buying a higher-priced asset.

What would you invest in to get 20k ... what a year?

Find a poor white area

Honestly you need 500k to not have to work prob.

Fuck work.

"I'm prob gonna be among the richest incel supreme gentlemen"
