I've always thought of Eugene as an incel name. Ever heard of the youtuber Birdman? He often makes fun of incel-tier guys and dubs them Eugenes. All school shooters are Eugenes as well. "When Eugene reaches into his backpack, it's time to run."

I like Birdman's videos for the most part, though, he calls out women for their shit often.
