I texted with a few women who really know me in real life (female students in my class). And i noticed, if a woman is really interested in you, she will reply at least within 30 Minutes.

My experiences: one girl always replied a few hours later. Rarely within 30 min. She even ignored my Message. I texted her "If you want i can pick you up" and she hasnt replied until this day (It has been over 1 month, its over i know)
Another girl even replied literally almost 2 days later... and so on... there were many women who text me like that but i just gave you a few examples.

Now imagine if i was good looking. They would reply immediately. They would even start conversation just to hold me. They would be annoying to me...
