it is actually the first and only lucid dream I have ever had, probably one of the best nights of sleep, I have ever had too, when I woke up I felt absolutely amazing and wanted to go back to sleep again.

Very rarely I dream that I have a gf or am in love with some girl, those are the best dreams and I will wake up extremely happy not knowing exactly why I'm happy until I remember the dream
. But most of my dreams are nightmares and I'll wake up sweaty in the middle of the night feeling terrified.
I was able to "Spawn" a white jb then control the overall direction the dream took (We ate ice cream walked around a park, then got on a bus), it also felt like I was actually touching the foid too, however my mind, seemed to just improvised with this as it has never experienced touching a foid, never mind having sex with one. For example fucking her felt like masturbating with my hand. Any normal sex dreams have never been as satisfying as I haven't had control or I woke up before anything happened (In this dream I actually finished and ejaculated inside the foid), I also can't remember any of them, this one I remember vividly.
I would say it just felt more realistic altogether, compared to a normal dream.
Overall it was the best nights sleep I have ever had. It is a pity lucid dreaming seems to be difficult for me to do.
Sounds pretty sweet. I hear that its eaiser for some and harder for some when it comes to lucid dreaming. I've only had regular sex dreams, since I've always thought lucid is too hard. Any tips?
Unfortunately no, I wasn't even trying to lucid dream when it happened, I did try again after that. But came to the same conclusion as you, that it seemed too difficult.
I thought so. I don't know it those help guides online work or not. I haven't bothered trying it yet. There's also videos like this of course.

I tried a few of the help guides, but I think it just takes a lot of practice, and I don't have a lot of motivation so I gave up, after a few days, those videos I haven't tried ever, but perhaps I will.
