First of all, humanity is determined by having free will. That's the only thing that differs humans from nonhumans. By saying foids are hypegamous from nature and can't change that (what's true) you indicate they're led by instinct (what's also true). Being led by instinct is exclusive with having free will. Therefore foids don't have free will and aren't human. Humans are master race, which superiority gives us not only right but also a duty to subjugate lower races. All means can be used to achieve this goal, because preserving our superiority is a highest good. Nonhumans that are harmful to us need to be either subjugated if they're capable of serving us in such state of existence or exterminated if they aren't useful for anything. Rabid dog need to have its neck broken for being harmful to humans. Foids however are obviously useful in the state of subjugation and thus it's the only state they're allowed to live. The only goal of their existence is to serve humans and benefit them. Hypergamy is obviously harmful for the proletariat (which is the most valuable part of society, proletarians make at least 95% human population, that's why 95/5 rule is a thing) and thus harmful for the state. Therefore we as the proletariat have full right to use any means for bringing down foid hypergamy, so their 'freedom' which always lead to hypergamy.
