Thing is, the noses that would benefit from rhino the most are the big wide negroid noses, but because we have thick skin most surgeons will refuse to perform on us or won't be able to make it that much narrower without it looking weird. I've been to a few consultations and the surgeons told me my skin is too thick to see any definition thus they didn't want to go through with it

Also, revison rhinoplasty is common. Most people require 2-3 rhinos to get the desired results.

I quit looksmaxing because I'm short, and nobody respects us short people these days, I'm also ugly, but if I was tall I could just lift and be a big ugly intimidating guy as opposed to being a short ugly subhuman try hard which is what I would be looked at.
