From local news:
A Brevard County grand jury indicted Joshua Manns, 25, and Erica Dotson, 27, on first-degree murder charges in July. Police said the two are responsible for the death of Dotson’s son, Jameson Nance.
The foid called police to say that Nance had drowned in the bathtub, but:
An autopsy later determined that the child had been abused for at least three weeks prior to his death. The medical examiner said there were significant signs of hemorrhaging and bruising that were in various states of healing, according to police. Officers said the autopsy also revealed the child had a broken rib, a broken tooth, damage to his esophagus and at least seven stab wounds to the head, at least three of which showed signs of healing. Records show there were no signs of drowning.
The arrest warrant affidavit goes into further detail of their internet search history, their long history of abuse and attempted cover-ups (blaming one previous incident in which Nance received a broken leg to being chased by a duck), and how they reacted to the kid's death with indifference.
The most ironic aspect of this case, however, is that Dotson accused Nance's biological father of domestic violence, and the father was separated from Nance, because the courts always side with the femoids. According to the affidavit:
On December 16, 2020, Dotson filed a Domestic Violence w/Children Injunction against the father which the court granted on January 4, 2021. The biological father had not given up trying to see his son. He retained an attorney and was still seeking access to his son at the time of death.
This has all the blackpilling elements of any story.
3/10 fat bitch with 6ft chadlite boyfriend? check
personality detectors malfunctioning? check
You can't make this shit up.
Anyways, last week, state prosecutors filed a notice of intent to seek the death penalty against both Dotson and Manns.
Remember when Redditors moaned nonstop about Faye Swetlik's death because her killer was allegedly an incel?
Well, this particular child's death isn't a big deal because the perpetrator was a femoid and wasn't a lonely virgin male. If it were up to Redditors, they'd probably get probation.
