some people just can't win in life, most of us are too broke and retarded to earn that much money then save it up.
Even then you still aren't guaranteed that it would make u look good, with some massive risks with bimax and such risky surgeries.
it's just over, you have to NEET as long as possible. There is no goal , no surgery for your face , no surgery for the decades of negative reinforcements that has shaped your personality and beliefs. Nothing can be done about that.
