I'm 19-20 bmiGaining weight greatly increase wrist size.
Im 30 i think i already lost like 6kg, and my wrists are visibly thinner. If i manage to lose weight, i wont care about being a wristcel tbh.I'm 19-20 bmi
I don't want to become a fatty though
Yeah only higher body fat gives bigger wrists.I weigh 83 kg (183 pounds), and I still have thin wrists. I did bodybuilding for 3 months, and while my biceps, triceps, and chest got bigger, my wrists didn't. That's because wrists don't have muscles.
When I was 14, I was obese and had big wrists, though.
Still wont make them bigger, only tougher.Yup
But some say you may increase your bone density by weightlifting.
