I just realized that in a way they are exceptions, because they are the only foids who ever treated you well in your life, but since they only did it out of biological obligation I guess it isn't really an exception, because all foids have a blind spot for their family members to an extent. Just as they love me because of genetic ties I have to love them too, and I can't change it.
