If you are a tallcel, it can push you from top 10% to top 1%, a zone where height alone would be enough to ascend, or would it?

I'm honestly not sure, I mean you can already add 3-5 Inches to your height with lifts/heightmaxxing techniques that don't involve surgery. I'm 5'5 so i'd be 5'8, right now I can actually lie and say my height is 5'9-5'10 with lifts and such. If I was 5'8 I could use lifts/heightmaxxing to pass as 6 feet, which would be a significant boost in my SMV, however the question then would be if because of my gyno/loose skin/deformed body would matter less because of my height. I mean I already know it would matter less, but I still have doubts.
