Agreed. Yes, volcels are those who can have sex but does not want to. However, this should not be the definitive definition.

By that logic, everyone in this forum would be volcel.co because we all have the option to have sex in the form of rape. Of course, that method of thinking is extremely low iq because rape is quite significant in the justice system. So since the sex is not easily and safely accessible, it is not considered volcel to not rape. I think the exact same could be said for SEAmaxxing.
