Wonder which one outweighs the other.

Can fix one by surgery, can't fix the other.

Eye area could be the most important face trait in the face even more than jaw/chin/hairline/nose

tfw bad chin + bad eye area

It’s all about eye area
Eyes are windows to soul

The first thing that is noticed on a person, is height, then eyes tbh

  1. Height
  2. Eyes
  3. Chin/jaw

The upper craniofacial area is developmentally more complex than the orofacial region. This means that the eye area is a stronger signal of genetic quality than the mouth and jaw.

So I would pick good eye area and recessed jaw.

I’m admittedly biased but I would trade my eye area for a good lower third tbh.

Jaw is law.

Good defined strong jaw and chin = everything

good lower third gives you masculine halo but eyes are what separates subhumans from humans,
eye area
good eye area also implies well grown midface

Strong chin with bad eye area, Ryan gosling is a good example. Chin trumps all.

these can be acquired though.. eye area is much less augmentable.

however chin/jaw are necessary to even look human

Would you rather be him:

or him?

It doesn't matter, both are sub6s anyway.

recessed chin is easier to fix surgically or by Beardfrauding. As someone with a horrific eye area I am told things like "you look tired" all the time. It makes me so angry!

both are shit

there are tear trought fillers for it

Eye area is the most important characteristic for looks and chin is pretty much the second.

But to be equivalent to a recessed chin you need a pretty fucked eye area, not merely bad.

A strong jawline is a must and a universal Chad trait.

I'll go with good eye area.

Things are so nuanced tbh. While eye area is indeed the top feature to an aesthetic face, having slight upper eyelid exposure or NCT can be compensate with a strong lower third.

Having bulging or scarecrow type of eyes is in my book as bad as having Michael Phelps lower third.

Recessed chin is completely repulsive, absolute deal breaker
I'd just Rami Malek max

strong chin, bad eye area is preferable.

Eye area is important but it's overrated.

Stallone has droopy semi bug eyes, but he is a 8/10 chad.

Everything actually depends on proportions.

I have a good chin tbh but abysmal eye area. Eye area is god.

Chin>eyes
Eyes can be attractive, but bone just draws something primal

You can fix a chin, how the voting is this close is beyond me.
