It was a TV show from the '80s and '90s! Kind of like DnD but... the player can't see because of the helmet and his teammates guide him around the dungeon and try to beat it!
It's pretty famous but as it's old and also British I don't know how many people here will know it!

One thing I notice about this actually is that it's not afraid to promote something that is masculine.
I wonder if you could even make a show like this now or if you'd have to feminise it.
Probably would be considered "toxic masculine" (which is young-in or little boys just having fun anyway lol) and considering that show also comes from the UK?
Weirdos want to add their own twist to it if it gets aired on tele again.
I feel like the claim would be that it isn't "inclusive enough" so it has to be feminised to appeal to a wider audience.
At which point the boys stop being interested too and the show fails lol

obviously a certain demographic (young fellas would be into that sort of stuff), but let's say... you have bisexual or pansexual queer they/them whatever female-like people... they would not be interested in this sort of stuff, they would be hanging out with their queer gay buddies going to coffee places or bars, not being in-doors playing games for too long. those people are basically a subgroup of normies.
however yes trying to appeal to that demographic would fail, but i suppose let them fail, the onus is on them, and let the "free market" dictate it.

sure, you can have like an all-girls tv show that's meant to be for girls and so on, like barbie or sailor moon.
yeah, they're a small crowd. if you're a company, there wouldn't be much to profit from that crowd anyway.
I think the modern woke ideology is so powerful that it overrides logical business decision-making. Like a religion might.
So yeah they totally trashed Doctor Who! It was insanely popular 10-15 years ago and now hardly anybody watches it.
