These are some of the laws and characteristics this state would have aswell as what would be allowed and what would be banned.
These things would greatly reduce Inceldom in my opinion and it would make a great nation with a graceful and virtuous populace flourish.
However I do not believe that there is one single easy solution for our Inceldom, some of theses rules in isolation could make it even worse tbh.
Thats why most of these rules if not all have to be implemented. Some of these points might rub some of you the wrong way but keep reading,
maybe you will change your opinion along the way when you realize what I am going for. I also tried to make it a bit realistic. Most of it is common sense tbh.
Lets take a look:

1. banning sex outside of marriage

2. banning prostitution

3. NO state/taxpayer-funded contraception

4. banning casual abortions
(abortions are only allowed in PROVEN rape-cases within the first 3 months. Outside of this timeperiod only with good medical reason
like sudden high mortality chance for mother and/ or baby and if there is a high chance of the baby coming out severly handicapped.
Under these circumstances the state will pay for it.)

5. banning the pill after

6. banning dating apps and dating sites

7. legalizing and enforcing slut-shaming

8. legalizing and enforcing beta-, soy-, cuck-shaming

9. banning sexual advertisements, commercials etc. in public
(f.e. no women in too revealing clothes that are too short, too transparent, too tight, cleavage, obvious sexual references etc.)

10. It is legal to kill your partner and/ or his/ her affair if you catch them cheating on you (ancient greek/ roman style)

11. banning homosexuality, transgender, lgbt+ and other forms of sexual deviancies

12. banning rl-porn (camshows, pornhub, onlyfans etc.)

13. banning all degenerate rl-softporn (twitch, tiktok etc.)

14. enforcing monogamy (one man with one woman) through culture and laws
(f.e. through holidays, festivals, celebrations etc celebrating and honoring fathers, mothers, the nuclear family, children,
virtues, proper men and proper women)

15. there will be an official state funded institution dedicated to helping men and women find a suitable partner to marry.

16. age of consent will be 16, but you will also be able to marry at this age

17. schools and universities will be strictly divided by sex (f.e. boys only schools, girls only schools etc)
and all of them will have mandatory school-uniforms

18. banning too revealing and inappropriate clothing and similar things in public
(f.e. no mini-skirts, skirts have to go atleast to the knees not above, no cleavage, no crop-tops, no spaghetti-tops, no tattoos, no piercings,
no weird body-modifications like silicone tits/ silicone lips/ other implants, no excessive jewelry, no excessive make-up, no leggings, no see-through)
so essentially a dresscode that will mostly affect women bc they dress inappropriate far more often than men

20. economy with restricitons. State is able and allowed to control parts of the economy if it has to. Anti-globalist-economy that is really focussed
on its own nation + laws against monopoly and oligarchy + laws for consumer and worker protection. There will also be insurances and state funded education.

Jews wont be allowed to work influential, high paying jobs like teacher, architect, professor, doctor, politician, ceo, IT, economist, journalist, lawyer, banker, scientist, police, high ranking officers, psychologist etc.

Israel will not be recognized and wont be supported.

I wanted to have aoc 16 because it would be hard to stay that abstinent from sex for such a long time.

Yes that would be funny but I doubt it would work long term. The service is supposed to create masculine men by creating a sense of community when for example building railroads and buildings together. The training and work will make men physically and mentally strong and the country will be able to easily defend itself from enemies.

Sexual thoughts and behaviour starts at puperty and to let them wait that long without many outlets could cause problems.
And 16 is already pretty high compared to many other nations today.
I think 16 is a good compromise, long enough for an innocent childhood but not too long to cause sexual frustration in my hypothetical regime.

I wanted to go for a more "grounded" approach when thinking of the glorious state of Inceldia and when I wrote this,
I was thinking more about no rapefugees allowed and the conduction of proper background checks.
Foreigners are a horrible thing for any nation that wants to survive. There is only one foreigner, albeit a very rare type,
that a state might benefit from or atleast doesnt suffer from. That is a foreigner that out of his own volition wants to live in another country bc of his love and respect for their language, people, culture and history. He will work hard to get there and to be accepted in order to prove his loyalty. What you are describing might just become another rapefugee-calamity.
Not every incel is on our side and what you describe would just make them entitled and become a breeding ground for infiltrators.
