Yes I would. Why do you think young men went to war in the past in the first place...for fun? NO. Excuding guys that were drafted (and even then many of them were honored to fight for their country), they usually had wives back home and a strong familial and community bond that presented itself in the form of nationalism. This is all gone now. America has 0 social capital, there is no sense of community, and young men will have been really lucky to have even had a highschool sweetheart. The only reason people join the military now is for the GI Bill so they dont get raped by high college costs JFL.
