Well facially you can develop a lot better if your dad is a good orthodontist who knows how to help your face to develop. + good nutrition so you can maximize your hormones (so you grow the max your genes will allow + your penis grows as much as it can) the only obstacle would be my autism. Honestly im gonna say no. I wouldnt be an incel in that case. My face is mostly ugly by my jaws lack of forward growth which can easily be fixed with early intervention (think as a child you can start working on it) i could also have gotten treatment for my cystic acne inmediately so it would look a lot better too.
