High building would be too scary for me. I much rather use rope.

i have jumped of a 20ish foot bridge before and shattered my ankle in the process

Tried to commit suicide, tried but failed evidently

It seems somewhat easier when you're about to do it than during the next few minutes before it or during the partaking of suicide. Any emotions you feel now will be amplified by 100%. Chances are you will be left physically or mentally disabled, or dead. Your brain doesn't want that. That survival instinct will make every second of that fall feel terrifying. If you're going to CTB I'd suggest doing it in a way that is less fast paced and permanent. Especially given you'd likely need to fall 13-15 stories to ensure death. You can calculate it easily online. Anything bar SN and rope (granted youre not a retard and do it right) or other instant death like gunshot, including overdose will hurt like a son of a bitch from the anxiety alone.

It hurts to die, and you'll regret it immediately even if this is what you want. you'll regret it when you're retarded and crippled. you can't looksmaxx a girl to wanna be your caregiver, especially in your current state.

No I wouldn't.

Don't attempt roping either unless you know what you're doing, I have TBI from failed rope
Brutal I've got a TBI too (not from rope though hence the name) also I'm not condoning roping but British table of drops would prevent such an outcome it makes the neck snap right away (I considered it in the past plus was already previously aware of it due to being well versed in history) idk how old your TBI is and if youd like to improve symptoms of it but my suggestions are look into Hyperbaric oxygen (did wonders for me), cholinesterase inhibitors, nootropic supplements and DMSO. Ive not tried those last 3 btw got to do medical tourism for that. Also nicotine is neuroprotective idk if you smoke or not won't say pick it up but reason not to quit at the very least

Broootal, my TBI is mild tho and didn't cause me any issues that I know of, but shows in EEG
Moderate here a lot of symptoms subsided but I'm not 100% back to normal a little over 3 years later.

In my current state? Fuck no.

But maybe if life gets more and more miserable
